About This Event

The SLSTF has officially been awarded the hosting rights of the 6th South Asian Sepaktakraw Championship, to be held in January 2026 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This major regional event, organized under the South Asian Sepaktakraw Federation (SASTAF), will bring together teams from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, strengtheningsporting ties and showcasing top-level Sepaktakraw talent. President Mr. Tuan Nilam Hallaldeen stated: “Hosting the South Asian Championship is both an honour and a responsibility. We aim to deliver an event that reflects Sri Lanka’s passion, discipline, and sportsmanship.”
